Illinois High School Basketball - Morris ripped by Oak Forest
January 22, 2022: Oak Forest, IL 60452 The Oak Forest Bengals basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Morris Redskins to 52 in the Bengals non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bengals now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Providence Catholic for a non-league contest on Monday, January 24. Oak Forest will battle a Celtics team coming off a 47-25 league loss to DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Celtics record now stands at 4-15.
The Redskins (10-11) will now prepare for their contest against Newark (Newark, IL). The Norsemen enter the non-league contest with a 10-11 record. In their last contest, Newark triumphed over LaMoille (LaMoille, IL), 82-30, in a league contest.
