The Cedar Ridge Timberwolves (Newark, AR) basketball crushed the visiting Midland Mustangs (Pleasant Plains, AR), 48-24 in Saturday's league test.

The Timberwolves (11-5) will now prepare for their test against Sloan-Hendrix (Imboden, AR). The Greyhounds go into the 2A Region 2 test with a 4-11 record.

The Mustangs now own a 2-11 record. They play next when they host Tuckerman for a 2A Region 2 test on Thursday, January 27.
