The Covington Buccs topped the visiting Versailles Tigers basketball team by a final score of 54-42 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Buccs face the Riverside Pirates (De Graff, OH) in a Three Rivers game, on Thursday, January 27. Covington will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record.

With the defeat, Versailles moves to 3-14 on the year. The Tigers host West Liberty-Salem (West Liberty, OH) to face the Tigers in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 25.
