California High School Basketball - Fairfield can't hold off Benicia
January 22, 2022: Benicia, CA 94510 The Benicia Panthers basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Fairfield Falcons to 58 in the Panthers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Panthers now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Castlemont for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 25. Benicia will battle a Knights team coming off a 50-39 league loss to Fremont (Oakland, CA). The Knights record now stands at 5-4.
The Falcons (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Rodriguez (Fairfield, CA). The Mustangs come into the contest with a 8-8 record. In their last contest, Rodriguez was nudged by Vanden (Fairfield, CA), 75-57, in a league contest.
