January 22, 2024: Beverly, MA 01915 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Beverly Panthers (Beverly, MA) and the visiting Saugus Sachems (Saugus, MA), saw Beverly's basketball squad wallop Saugus by a tally of 63-35.
With the victory, Beverly improves its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Peabody Veterans Memorial (Peabody, MA) to confront the Tanners in a Northeastern - Large challenge on Thursday, January 25. The Tanners come into the challenge with a record of 9-2. Peabody Veterans Memorial won 71-44 in their recent league challenge against Danvers (Danvers, MA)
Next up, the Sachems confront the Winthrop Vikings (Winthrop, MA) in a Northeastern - Small challenge, on Thursday, January 25. Saugus will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record.
