Wisconsin High School Basketball - Fall River nudges Westfield Area
January 22, 2024: Westfield, WI 53964 Fall River Pirates (Fall River, WI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Westfield Area Pioneers (Westfield, WI), 57-55 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Fall River upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Pirates host Randolph (Randolph, WI) to clash with the Rockets in a Trailways - West bout on Thursday, January 25. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 9-5. Randolph lost 49-42 in their recent non-league bout against Poynette (Poynette, WI)
Next up, the Pioneers clash with the Wautoma Hornets (Wautoma, WI) in a South Central bout, on Thursday, January 25. Westfield Area will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 9-5 record after their 58-41 league win over Mauston (Mauston, WI).
