New Jersey High School Basketball - Rancocas Valley thwarts Highland Regional
January 22, 2024: Mt. Holly, NJ 08060 The Rancocas Valley Red Devils (Mt. Holly, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting Highland Regional Tartans (Blackwood, NJ), 67-52 in Monday's non-league test.
The Red Devils (10-7) will now prepare for their test against Cherry Hill East (Cherry Hill, NJ). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 7-11 record. In their last test, Cherry Hill East went down by Eastern (Voorhees, NJ), 60-53, in a league test.
The Tartans now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they host Cumberland for a Tri-County - Liberty test on Tuesday, January 23. Highland Regional will encounter a Colts squad coming off a 69-41 non-league loss to Washington Township (Sewell, NJ). The Colts record now stands at 1-13.
