Idaho High School Basketball - Orofino falls to Kamiah
January 22, 2024: Orofino, ID 83544 In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Kamiah Kubs basketball team scored a good 62-51 triumph over the Orofino Maniacs.
In their next game, the Kubs meet the Prairie Pirates (Cottonwood, ID) in a 1A White Pine match, on Thursday, January 25. Kamiah will attempt to better on its 9-6 season record. The Pirates enter the match with a 4-7 record after their 56-53 league win over Clearwater Valley (Kooskia, ID).
With the defeat, Orofino moves to 3-9 on the year. The Maniacs host Grangeville (Grangeville, ID) to meet the Bulldogs in a 2A Central Idaho match on Wednesday, January 24. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 2-6. Grangeville lost 49-33 in their recent league match against Kellogg (Kellogg, ID)
