January 22, 2024: Waterford, CT 06385 In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Morgan Huskies basketball team scored a good 60-50 triumph over the Waterford Lancers.
In their next game, the Huskies meet the Westbrook Knights (Westbrook, CT) in a Shoreline match, on Tuesday, January 23. Morgan will attempt to better on its 9-1 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 1-8 record after their 55-40 league loss to Valley Regional (Deep River, CT).
With the defeat, Waterford moves to 5-5 on the year. The Lancers travel to Killingly (Killingly, CT) to meet the Redmen in a Eastern Connecticut II match on Thursday, January 25. The Redmen enter the match with a record of 5-6. Killingly won 53-50 in their recent league match against Montville (Oakdale, CT)
