Shreveport HomeSchool Sports (Shreveport, LA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting NELA Christian Homeschool Flame (Monroe, LA), 47-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Shreveport HomeSchool Sports upgrades its record to 15-12 on the season. The host Word of God Academy (Shreveport, LA) to clash with the Force in a Christian Educators of Louisiana - North bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Force go into the bout with a record of 10-6. Word of God Academy won 46-26 in their recent non-league bout against John Paul the Great Academy (Lafayette, LA)

Next up, the Flame clash with the Mount Olive Christian (Athens, LA) in a Christian Educators of Louisiana - North bout, on Tuesday, January 23. NELA Christian Homeschool will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The go into the bout with a 3-11 record after their 40-33 league win over Psalms Christian Academy (Natchitoches, LA).
