The Central Christian Comets basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Crestline Bulldogs to 12 in the Comets league triumph on Monday.

The Comets now sport a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Medina Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23. Central Christian will meet a Knights team coming off a 54-11 league win over Lake Ridge Academy (North Ridgeville, OH). The Knights record now stands at 5-4.

The Bulldogs (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Wynford (Bucyrus, OH). The Royals enter the non-league contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, Wynford was routed by Carey (Carey, OH), 47-38, in a league contest.
