Sandusky Blue Streaks (Sandusky, OH) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lorain Titans (Lorain, OH), 84-67 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Sandusky upgrades its record to 8-8 on the season. The Blue Streaks travel to Perkins (Sandusky, OH) to play the Pirates in a Sandusky Bay - Lake bout on Friday, January 26. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 9-7. Perkins won 44-36 in their recent non-league bout against Bay (Bay Village, OH)

Next up, the Titans play the Garfield Heights Bulldogs (Garfield Heights, OH) in a Lake Erie - Erie bout, on Monday, January 29. Lorain will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 62-41 league win over Shaw (East Cleveland, OH).
