With the victory, Cooper City improves its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Cowboys host Cypress Bay (Weston, FL) to play the Lightning in a challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Lightning come into the challenge with a record of 12-1. Cypress Bay won 61-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Coral Springs (Coral Springs, FL)
