Northeast Eagles (Pasadena, MD) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Severna Park Falcons (Severna Park, MD), 56-53 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Northeast upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Meade (Fort Meade, MD) to clash with the Mustangs in a bout on Thursday, February 8. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 12-2.

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Southern Bulldogs (Harwood, MD) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Severna Park will attempt to upgrade on its 9-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 103-47 non-league loss to Old Mill (Millersville, MD).
