January 22, 2024: Laveen, AZ 85339 The crowd at Monday's league test between the South Mountain Jaguars (Phoenix, AZ) and the host Fairfax Stampede (Laveen, AZ), saw South Mountain's soccer squad triumph over Fairfax by a margin of 5-0.
The Jaguars now sport a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to McClintock for a test on Tuesday, January 30. South Mountain will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 2-1 league win over North Canyon (Phoenix, AZ). The Chargers record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Fairfax drops to 1-2 on the season.
