The Pequannock Golden Panthers (Pompton Plains, NJ) basketball crushed the host Parsippany Redhawks (Parsippany, NJ), 67-40 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Golden Panthers now possess a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Morristown-Beard for a Northwest Jersey - Independence bout on Friday, January 24. Pequannock will play a Crimson team coming off a 69-48 league win over Whippany Park (Whippany, NJ). The Crimson record now stands at 12-2.

With the loss, Parsippany falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Redhawks host Mountain Lakes (Mountain Lakes, NJ) to play the Lakers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 24. The Lakers go into the bout with a record of 6-6. Mountain Lakes won 67-37 in their recent non-league bout against Kittatinny Regional (Newton, NJ)
