Michigan High School Basketball - Grosse Ile holds off Dundee
January 22, 2025: Grosse Ile, MI 48138 The Grosse Ile Red Devils basketball team scored 44 points and limited the visiting Dundee Vikings to 39 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Red Devils now have a 4-8 record. They play next when they host St. Mary Catholic Central for a Huron game on Thursday, January 23. Grosse Ile will confront a Falcons/Kestrels team coming off a 47-25 league win over Jefferson (Monroe, MI). The Falcons/Kestrels record now stands at 11-0.
With the loss, Dundee falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Vikings host Hillsdale (Hillsdale, MI) to confront the Hornets in a Lenawee County game on Thursday, January 23. The Hornets go into the game with a record of 1-10. Hillsdale lost 45-10 in their recent league game against Madison (Adrian, MI)
