In Wednesday's non-league test, the Gateway Charter Griffins (Fort Myers, FL) basketball squad trounced the host South Fort Myers Wolfpack (Fort Myers, FL), by a score of 72-35.

Next, the Griffins clash with the North Port Bobcats (North Port, FL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 28. Gateway Charter will attempt to improve on its 11-8 season record.

The Wolfpack (9-11) will now prepare for their bout against Dunbar (Fort Myers, FL). The Tigers go into the 5A District 12 bout with a 8-10 record. In their last bout, Dunbar crushed Clewiston (Clewiston, FL), 46-43, in a non-league bout.
