California High School Soccer - Foothill toppled by Monte Vista
January 22, 2025: Danville, CA 94526 Monte Vista Mustangs (Danville, CA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Foothill Falcons (Pleasanton, CA), 5-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Monte Vista moves its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Dublin (Dublin, CA) to clash with the Gaels in a test on Friday, January 24. The Gaels come into the test with a record of 6-2. Dublin lost 5-1 in their recent league test against Carondelet (Concord, CA)
The Falcons now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Livermore for a test on Friday, January 24. Foothill will clash with a Cowboys team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Dougherty Valley (San Ramon, CA). The Cowboys record now stands at 2-6.
