The DeMatha Stags (Hyattsville, MD) basketball knocked off the visiting Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons (Olney, MD), 75-56 in Sunday's league test.

The Stags (10-4) will now prepare for their test against Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD). The Mustangs go into the Washington Catholic test with a 11-0 record. In their last test, Bishop McNamara notched a victory over Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA), 62-55, in a league test.

The Falcons now own a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to St. Paul VI for a VISAA Division 1 test on Tuesday, January 25.
