Ohio High School Basketball - Pickerington Central fells Africentric Early College
January 23, 2023: Pickerington, OH 43147 Pickerington Central Tigers (Pickerington, OH) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Africentric Early College Nubians (Columbus, OH), 49-41 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Pickerington Central upgrades its record to 12-5 on the season. The Tigers travel to Central Crossing (Grove City, OH) to clash with the Comets in a Ohio Capital - Buckeye bout on Friday, January 27. The Comets go into the bout with a record of 5-11. Central Crossing won 33-30 in their recent league bout against Lancaster (Lancaster, OH)
Next up, the Nubians clash with the Eastmoor Academy Warriors (Columbus, OH) in a Columbus City - South bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Africentric Early College will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 4-11 record after their 55-46 non-league loss to Bishop Ready (Columbus, OH).
