Iowa High School Basketball - Roland-Story trounces Dike-New Hartford
January 23, 2023: Story City, IA 50248 The Roland-Story Norsemen (Story City, IA) basketball crushed the visiting Dike-New Hartford Wolverines (Dike, IA), 78-43 in Monday's non-league test.
The Norsemen (14-2) will now prepare for their test against Perry (Perry, IA). The Bluejays go into the Heart of Iowa - Large test with a 4-10 record. In their last test, Perry walloped West Central Valley (Stuart, IA), 61-46, in a non-league test.
The Wolverines now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they host Oelwein for a North Iowa Cedar - East test on Tuesday, January 24. Dike-New Hartford will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 66-54 non-league win over Don Bosco (Gilbertville, IA). The Huskies record now stands at 8-7.
