Friendship Christian Spartans (Suwanee, GA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Kings Way Christian School Crusaders (Douglasville, GA), 77-73 in a league bout.

With the win, Friendship Christian upgrades its record to 12-8 on the season. The Spartans host Mountain Area Christian Academy (Morganton, GA) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 26. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 17-2. Mountain Area Christian Academy won 68-47 in their recent non-league bout against Covenant Christian Academy (Cumming, GA)

Next up, the Crusaders play the Peoples Baptist Academy Knights (McDonough, GA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 30. Kings Way Christian School will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 0-11 record after their 55-27 league loss to Bible Baptist Christian (Hampton, GA).
