New York High School Basketball - Sackets Harbor Central nips Ogdensburg Free Academy
January 23, 2023: Sackets Harbor, NY 13685 Sackets Harbor Central Patriots (Sackets Harbor, NY) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Ogdensburg Free Academy Blue Devils (Ogdensburg, NY), 65-58 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Sackets Harbor Central upgrades its record to 13-1 on the season. The Patriots host Immaculate Heart Central (Watertown, NY) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 27. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 3-10. Immaculate Heart Central lost 53-51 in their recent non-league bout against Beaver River (Beaver Falls, NY)
Next up, the Blue Devils play the Gouverneur Wildcats (Gouverneur, NY) in a Section 10 Central bout, on Friday, January 27. Ogdensburg Free Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 10-2 record after their 73-61 non-league win over Carthage (Carthage, NY).
