The Altamont Knights basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Holy Family Catholic Tornadoes to 35 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.
The Knights now sport a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jefferson Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, January 26.
The Tornadoes (2-11) will now prepare for their contest against Westminster School at Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL). The Knights enter the 2A Area 8 contest with a 8-15 record. In their last contest, Westminster School at Oak Mountain ran past Vincent (Vincent, AL), 54-46, in a league contest.
