Virginia High School Basketball - Trinity Episcopal knocked off by Benedictine
January 23, 2024: Richmond, VA 23235 The Benedictine Cadets basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Trinity Episcopal Titans to 58 in the Cadets league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cadets now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Peninsula Catholic for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 24. Benedictine will meet a Knights team coming off a 75-51 league win over Nansemond-Suffolk Academy (Suffolk, VA). The Knights record now stands at 15-7.
The Titans (10-7) will now prepare for their contest against Life Christian Academy (Chester, VA). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 3-10 record. In their last contest, Life Christian Academy was outscored by Shabach Christian Academy (Landover, MD), 70-46, in a non-league contest.
