Missouri High School Basketball - North Kansas City crushes Kearney
January 23, 2024: North Kansas City, MO 64116 North Kansas City Hornets (North Kansas City, MO) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Kearney Bulldogs (Kearney, MO), 68-38 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, North Kansas City upgrades its record to 12-5 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Olathe West (Olathe, KS) to play the Owls in a non-league bout on Friday, January 26. The Owls come into the bout with a record of 8-2.
Next up, the Bulldogs play the St. Pius X Warriors (Kansas City, MO) in a non-league test, on Thursday, January 25. Kearney will attempt to advance on its 6-7 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 6-8 record after their 68-19 non-league loss to Liberty North (Liberty, MO).
