South Carolina High School Basketball - West Florence overwhelmed by Myrtle Beach
January 23, 2024: Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 The Myrtle Beach Seahawks basketball team scored 83 points and restricted the visiting West Florence Knights to 48 in the Seahawks league victory on Tuesday.
The Seahawks now sport a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hartsville for a AAAA Region 6 contest on Friday, January 26. Myrtle Beach will battle a Red Foxes team coming off a 63-37 league loss to South Florence (Florence, SC). The Red Foxes record now stands at 4-14.
The Knights (6-14) will now prepare for their contest against North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC). The Chiefs come into the AAAA Region 6 contest with a 12-8 record. In their last contest, North Myrtle Beach was routed by Wilson (Florence, SC), 41-27, in a league contest.
