New Mexico High School Basketball - Quemado crushes Ramah
January 23, 2024: Quemado, NM 87829 Quemado Eagles (Quemado, NM) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ramah Mustangs (Ramah, NM), 77-46 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Quemado upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Eagles travel to Mesilla Valley Christian School (Las Cruces, NM) to clash with the SonBlazers in a A District 2 bout on Thursday, January 25. The SonBlazers go into the bout with a record of 9-4. Mesilla Valley Christian School won 75-35 in their recent non-league bout against Carrizozo (Carrizozo, NM)
Next up, the Mustangs clash with the To'hajiilee Warriors (To'hajiilee, NM) in a A District 1 bout, on Thursday, January 25. Ramah will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 10-5 record after their 42-29 non-league loss to Cottonwood Classical Prep (Albuquerque, NM).
