Colorado High School Basketball - Denver East crushes Westminster
January 23, 2024: Denver, CO 80206 Denver East Angels (Denver, CO) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Westminster Wolves (Westminster, CO), 63-35 in a league bout.
With the win, Denver East upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Angels host Lakewood (Lakewood, CO) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, February 5. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 3-6.
Next up, the Wolves play the Rangeview Raiders (Aurora, CO) in a bout, on Wednesday, January 31. Westminster will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 45-43 non-league win over Ralston Valley (Arvada, CO).
