The Salem Spartans tipped the host Blacksburg Bruins basketball team by a final score of 50-43 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Spartans face the Hidden Valley Titans (Roanoke, VA) in a River Ridge game, on Friday, January 26. Salem will attempt to move on its 15-1 season record. The Titans enter the game with a 6-10 record after their 39-37 non-league win over William Byrd (Vinton, VA).
