Washington High School Basketball - King's trounces Sultan
January 23, 2024: Seattle, WA 98133 The King's Knights (Seattle, WA) basketball crushed the visiting Sultan Turks (Sultan, WA), 71-16 in Tuesday's league test.
The Knights (8-9) will now prepare for their test against Overlake (Redmond, WA). The Owls go into the 1A Emerald Sound test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Overlake was trounced by Granite Falls (Granite Falls, WA), 60-44, in a league test.
The Turks now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Meridian for a non-league test on Saturday, January 27. Sultan will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 48-37 league loss to Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA). The Trojans record now stands at 1-9.
