St. Mary's Lancers (Lancaster, NY) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Lancaster Legends (Lancaster, NY), 63-55 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, St. Mary's upgrades its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Nardin Academy (Buffalo, NY) to play the Gators in a Monsignor Martin bout on Thursday, January 25. The Gators come into the bout with a record of 5-6. Nardin Academy won 45-30 in their recent league bout against Mount Mercy Academy (Buffalo, NY)

Next up, the Legends play the Jamestown Red Raiders (Jamestown, NY) in a Section 6 Erie County I bout, on Thursday, January 25. Lancaster will attempt to upgrade on its 9-2 season record.
