Washington High School Basketball - Kamiakin nips Southridge
January 23, 2024: Kennewick, WA 99338 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Kamiakin Braves (Kennewick, WA) and the host Southridge Suns (Kennewick, WA), saw Kamiakin's basketball squad hold off Southridge by a count of 35-33.
With the victory, Kamiakin upgrades its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Kennewick (Kennewick, WA) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 26. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 7-0. Kennewick won 82-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Chiawana (Pasco, WA)
Next up, the Suns play the Walla Walla Blue Devils (Walla Walla, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 26. Southridge will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 50-43 non-league win over Richland (Richland, WA).
