The Hickory Flat Rebels (Hickory Flat, MS) basketball crushed the host Tremont Eagles (Tremont, MS), 66-44 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Rebels now possess a 3-18 record. They play next when they host Potts Camp for a 1A Region 3 bout on Friday, January 24. Hickory Flat will play a Cardinals team coming off a 64-42 league win over Strayhorn (Sarah, MS). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-17.
