January 23, 2025: Paoli, OK 73074 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Moss Pirates (Holdenville, OK) and the host Paoli Pugs (Paoli, OK), observed Moss's basketball team knock off Paoli by a score of 54-40.
The Pirates (8-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Macomb (Macomb, OK). The Hornets come into the Little River challenge with a 5-9 record. In their last challenge, Macomb was knocked off by Strother (Seminole, OK), 81-49, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Pugs encounter the Butner Eagles (Cromwell, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 24. Paoli will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 5-11 record after their 66-19 league loss to Weleetka (Weleetka, OK).
