Carroll Cougars (Flora, IN) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN), 48-35 in a league match.

With the victory, Carroll advances its record to 14-6 on the year. The Cougars host Caston (Fulton, IN) to face the Comets in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28. The Comets enter the match with a record of 7-13. Caston lost 48-36 in their recent league match against North Miami (Denver, IN)

The Trojans now own a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Western for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28. Tri-Central will face a Panthers squad coming off a 66-21 non-league loss to McCutcheon (Lafayette, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 7-15.
