Iowa High School Basketball - Carroll nips Woodbine
January 23, 2025: Woodbine, IA 51579 In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Carroll Tigers basketball team scored a close 64-58 triumph over the Woodbine Tigers.
The Tigers (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against St. Albert (Council Bluffs, IA). The Falcons go into the non-league contest with a 14-0 record. In their last contest, St. Albert nipped AHSTW (Avoca, IA), 56-19, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Boyer Valley Bulldogs (Dunlap, IA) in a Rolling Valley contest, on Friday, January 24. Woodbine will attempt to better on its 10-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 7-8 record after their 60-25 league loss to Exira-EHK (Elk Horn, IA).
