January 23, 2025: Gypsum, KS 67448 Southeast of Saline Trojans (Gypsum, KS) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Kingman Eagles (Kingman, KS), 42-37 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Southeast of Saline upgrades its record to 9-2 on the year. The Trojans travel to Scott (Scott City, KS) to face the Beavers in a non-league match on Friday, January 24. The Beavers enter the match with a record of 5-5. Scott won 61-19 in their recent non-league match against Trinity (Hutchinson, KS)
The Eagles now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hugoton for a non-league match on Friday, January 24. Kingman will face a Eagles squad coming off a 42-31 non-league win over Smoky Valley (Lindsborg, KS). The Eagles record now stands at 4-5.
