In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Tanalian Lynx basketball team scored a close 48-45 triumph over the Tri-Valley Warriors.

The Lynx (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Bristol Bay (Naknek, AK). The Angels go into the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Bristol Bay nipped Koliganek (Koliganek, AK), 59-44, in a league contest.
