In Thursday's league contest, the visiting North Valleys Panthers basketball team scored a big 62-18 triumph over the Sparks Railroaders.

The Panthers (20-3) will now prepare for their contest against Fernley (Fernley, NV). The Vaqueros go into the non-league contest with a 7-4 record.

In their next game, the Railroaders confront the Truckee Wolverines (Truckee, CA) in a contest, on Wednesday, January 29. Sparks will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record.
