Michigan High School Ice Hockey - Novi knocks off Marquette
January 23, 2025: Novi, MI 48375 The Novi Wildcats ice hockey team scored 7 points and held the visiting Marquette Redmen to 1 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Thursday.
The Wildcats now own a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Salem for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 25. Novi will play a Rocks team coming off a 6-5 non-league win over University of Detroit Jesuit (Detroit, MI). The Rocks record now stands at 10-13.
With the defeat, Marquette moves to 8-8 on the season. The Redmen travel to Hartland (Hartland, MI) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, January 24. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 32-1. Hartland 1-1 in their recent league bout against Howell (Howell, MI)
