California High School Basketball - Cathedral Catholic overwhelms Mira Mesa
January 23, 2025: San Diego, CA 92130 The Cathedral Catholic Dons basketball team scored 99 points and limited the visiting Mira Mesa Marauders to 33 in the Dons non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Dons now possess a 17-1 record. They play next when they travel to Victory Christian Academy for a non-league game on Saturday, January 25. Cathedral Catholic will confront a Knights team coming off a 62-47 league win over Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA). The Knights record now stands at 8-9.
With the loss, Mira Mesa falls to 9-9 on the campaign. The Marauders host Canyon Hills (San Diego, CA) to confront the Rattlers in a game on Friday, January 24. The Rattlers go into the game with a record of 7-9. Canyon Hills lost 79-54 in their recent league game against Coronado (Coronado, CA)
