Washington High School Basketball - Freeman can't hold off Colfax
January 23, 2025: Colfax, WA 99111 Colfax Bulldogs (Colfax, WA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Freeman Scotties (Rockford, WA), 41-35 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Colfax upgrades its record to 11-1 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Garfield-Palouse (Palouse, WA) to face the Vikings in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 13-5. Garfield-Palouse won 48-38 in their recent non-league match against Oakesdale (Oakesdale, WA)
The Scotties now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Liberty for a non-league match on Friday, January 24. Freeman will face a Lancers squad coming off a 47-41 non-league loss to Asotin (Asotin, WA). The Lancers record now stands at 6-9.
