New York High School Basketball - Croton-Harmon succumbs to Carmel
January 23, 2026: Croton on Hudson, NY 10520 In Friday's non-league test, the Carmel Rams (Carmel, NY) basketball squad defeated the host Croton-Harmon Tigers (Croton on Hudson, NY), by a tally of 52-37.
The Rams now possess a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Greeley for a non-league bout on Monday, January 26. Carmel will play a Quakers team coming off a 82-71 non-league loss to Roosevelt (Yonkers, NY). The Quakers record now stands at 7-3.
With the loss, Croton-Harmon falls to 2-11 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Pawling (Pawling, NY) to play the Tigers in a Section 1 Conference 3D bout on Wednesday, January 28. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 8-6. Pawling lost 69-64 in their recent non-league test against Tuckahoe (Eastchester, NY)
