The Jefferson Township Falcons basketball team scored 76 points and restricted the visiting Hanover Park Hornets to 71 in the Falcons non-league victory on Monday.

The Falcons now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newton for a Northwest Jersey - Freedom contest on Wednesday, January 26.

The Hornets (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Morris Catholic (Denville, NJ). The Crusaders come into the non-league contest with a 12-1 record. In their last contest, Morris Catholic was nudged by Delbarton (Morristown, NJ), 65-64, in a non-league contest.
