Arizona High School Basketball - Benjamin Franklin nips North Valley Christian Academy
January 24, 2022: Queen Creek, AZ 85142 Benjamin Franklin Chargers (Queen Creek, AZ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting North Valley Christian Academy Lions (Phoenix, AZ), 29-26 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Benjamin Franklin upgrades its record to 3-11 on the season. The Chargers travel to Gilbert Christian (Gilbert, AZ) to play the Knights in a 3A Metro bout on Wednesday, January 26. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 10-1. Gilbert Christian won 46-35 in their recent league bout against Valley Christian (Chandler, AZ)
Next up, the Lions play the Antelope Rams (Wellton, AZ) in a 1A West bout, on Thursday, January 27. North Valley Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-17 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 3-10 record after their 40-35 league win over Mountainside (Wittmann, AZ).
