Crestwood Chargers (Dearborn Heights, MI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Thurston Eagles (Redford, MI), 62-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Crestwood upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The Chargers host Glenn (Westland, MI) to clash with the Rockets in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 26. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 2-8. Glenn lost 60-17 in their recent league bout against Fordson (Dearborn, MI)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Melvindale Cardinals (Melvindale, MI) in a Western Wayne bout, on Tuesday, February 1. Thurston will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record.
