Rhode Island High School Basketball - Hope fells Middletown
January 24, 2022: Providence, RI 02906 Hope Blue Wave (Providence, RI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Middletown Islanders (Middletown, RI), 44-28 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Hope upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Blue Wave travel to North Providence (North Providence, RI) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 26. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 2-1.
Next up, the Islanders clash with the Pilgrim Patriots (Warwick, RI) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 7. Middletown will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
