Minnesota High School Basketball - Duluth East nudges Brainerd
January 24, 2023: Brainerd, MN 56401 Duluth East Greyhounds (Duluth, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Brainerd Warriors (Brainerd, MN), 82-77 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Duluth East upgrades its record to 10-4 on the season. The Greyhounds travel to Hermantown (Hermantown, MN) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 10-3. Hermantown lost 53-49 in their recent non-league bout against Hibbing (Hibbing, MN)
Next up, the Warriors clash with the Alexandria Cardinals (Alexandria, MN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 26. Brainerd will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Cardinals go into the bout with a 12-1 record after their 73-51 league win over Detroit Lakes (Detroit Lakes, MN).
